Multi-talented,lyrically endowed,humorous,great stage presence,god-fearing,domestic,and morally esteemed are some of the words that describes R/B and Afro-beat singer,songwriter,performer,poet,compere,model,Entrepreneur"POETIC KEN" whose real names are Kenneth Nnadozie Ndubuisi.Poetic Ken a native of Ehime mbano in Imo State,was born in Ibadan southern part of Nigeria to a good christian family.He spent the early stages of his life in Port-Harcourt and Aba where his family settled finally.He also holds a degree in Banking and Finance from IMT Enugu.
As a child,his passion for music was strong and he grew up listening to all genres of music.He was more inclined to R/b and other eclectic music collections from legends like R/Kelly,Boys2men,Jodeci,Fela,Mandators,Majek Fashek etc This formed his foundation and led to the discovery of his lyrical prowess felt in most of his songs.
Poetic Ken's gift of music cannot be linked to his dad or mum because non of his folks were inclined to music professionally.Music found him at an early stage and he followed his heart.
In his sojourn to acquire the basic education,he joined a popular R/B band called "Traffic" and became the bands costume carrier.One day the band was contracted to play at a local school concert and he was asked to replace a member who was absent.That night Poetic Ken stole the show and he mesmerize the crowd.His very first time on stage.The opportunity unleashed him as natural performer blessed with an incredible stage act.That night can never be forgotten because it unleashed the big picture which has become Poetic Ken.He later became the lead singer of the Band.
In 2006,he delved into music professionally.Being a man who believes so much in Entrepreneurship.In august 31st 2009,Poetic Ken debuted with his "THE SET TIME"album which includes hits like "Tell Me" E dey Pain Me,Now I know'' The One" etc. His Debut Video "Tell Me" directed by Clarence Peters was nominated for The All Blue Awards held in London and the video,a classic has been the favorite of most local tv stations in Nigeria and cable tvs like mtvbase ,Nigezie,and Sound city.The video can be view on myspace or youtube.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=izwSFJ_oBCA
A naturally R/b and Dance Singer,Poetic Ken has gained so much leverage in the Nigerian Music industry and has worked with some of the big names in the music industry like Ojb Jezreel,Ay.Com,Clarence Peters,Foster Zeeno etc.He has also performed alongside notable names like Tuface Idibia,Sound Sultan,Bracket,Dj Zeez,etc.

Presently, Poetic Ken is in the studio putting finishing touches to his upcoming sophomore album.He has released hit singles from the album titled "One n Only ft Ojb Jezreel,"Yes I Do featuring Ay.Com,"Nwanyioma featuring Docto Ray,"Pepe Me featuring Obiechina"Shakara Me featuring Akachi"..His anticipated Hit single titled "Nwata Missi" is out and making waves on air.Presently he just finished the recording of his hit club banger titled "WICKED WAIST" which just dropped!! His latest effort titled "Transfer Ur Luv" is due for release on the 29th October 2012.
The album tends to portray the two genres of music R/b and Dance which he discovered himself in.Poetic Ken is also planing to release a book that will house some of his gut-wrenching poems written by him.He also runs a charity train POETIC KEN CHARITY TRAIN which tends to support the less privileged in the society.Being a man who cannot stand to see people suffer,he is working tirelessly to bring succor to the rehabilitees and children at the orphanages and destitute homes.As a self producing artiste,he has being able to conquer the challenges in his career because his strength comes from the Almighty God.Creator of the Universe.
